CAFP NATIONAL BURSARY PROGRAM
APPLICATION FOR CAFP NATIONAL AND CORPORATE-SPONSORED BURSARIES

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

All information is to be completed on the following form and returned to the address below, or proceed online
Please print clearly or type.

The following documents must be included in the application package in the following order:

  • The completed Applicant Information Form.
  • A one (1) page essay describing your career motivation and objectives.
  • A current resume.
  • Academic Recommendation form, completed by a course professor who knows you well and can comment in a meaningful way on the criteria listed. This can also be a program director or faculty advisor and must be returned to you in a sealed faculty envelope, if mailing in.
  • Your most up-to-date official school transcript, this can be a photocopy or original.
  • A letter of reference from a previous or current employer, teacher or non-relative (Different than the faculty member that was your faculty reference)

The following additional items must be included for eligibility for the Ron Whittet Bursary:

  • Two additional letters of reference in a separately sealed envelope from individuals who know of your participation in these programs.
  • A separate list of your involvement and contribution on behalf of humanity.  Include experience and participation in community groups, church groups, volunteer work, Scouting and Guide programs, and /or other charitable involvement.

An email notification must be sent to the National Bursary Committee Chair (ffurmankiewicz@icloud.com) for consideration of the Campbell’s Bursary by March 10th, 2017. These Bursaries are for students accepted into a Graduated Internship Program starting 2017:

  • Details of the graduated internship program that you have been accepted in to.  

Mail the completed application and required contents postmarked, or proceed online by  by Friday March 10th, 2017:
